Synthetic blend of an olefinic copolymer anti-seize compound and a non-soap bentone grease. It is fortified with molybdenum disulfide (in sub-micron) aluminum, and additives that will provide excellent lubricating properties. No dropping point, and performs at temperatures up to 1100º F., allowing grease to stay put without running out when extreme temperatures occur.

Extreme pressure lubricant for extended service that will not wash off, pound out, or melt and run, even in severe conditions! One of the few greases able to withstand heavy shock load and impact pressures of 65 Timken load capabilities. It’s “anti-spatter capability” allows the grease to stay in place and not be pounded out of the fitting or bearing. SI’s additive package contains an EP additive for protection against metal-to-metal contact under shock loads, a rust inhibitor, a corrosion inhibitor, and a metal deactivator. Its wear resistance, zero oil separation and water resistance are unmatched by ordinary multipurpose greases. SI Grease is resistant to most acids, weather, salt spray, steam,oxidation, and dirt.

ECL900 has excellent adhesive qualities which give the lubricant the ability to cling tenaciously to metal surfaces, allowing it to follow the gears instantly at start-up to provide immediate protection and prevent “dry starts”. ECL900 contains refined base oils selected for their exceptional resistance to oxidation and are highest in natural Viscosity Index. They also possess tough film strength to keep metal surfaces separated, and are best in inherent moisture resistance. ECL900 is further enhanced with a sulphur/phosphorous additive package that increases its load carrying properties providing superior anti-wear and anti-scuff lubrication, even under severe conditions. This powerful additive package also provides maximum rust, corrosion, and oxidation resistance. An anti-foam agent breaks entrapped air bubbles as they form, keeping operating temperatures low, meaning less pressure build- up, and control of acid formation, making seals remain pliable and last longer.

Specially formulated to withstand the extreme pressures and conditions to which fifth wheels and open gears are subjected. It is waterproof and washout resistant , and contains a specially formulated extreme pressure additive which enables it to withstand heavy shock load and impact pressures of 60 Timken OK load. A high concentration of cohesive/adhesive additives gives it the strength to cling to metal surfaces. The grease will not “throw or sling off”or “squeeze out”, which gives long lasting protection, and less frequent lubrication.
